That's the rub with 30-day trials.  You have just enough time to discover 
the frustrating things that fail.  My Plato IDE pukes when I don't exit 
correctly from the dos output window.  I find linking *very* hard out of 
IDE's.  I can do it, but only after having done it with gcc first.
