No, a 141x141 array is not "too much".  There are no limits for ALLOCATE 
beyond what the operating system restricts you to.  The same goes for 
Linux.  I don't see that you are having stack issues, though it's hard 
to tell.

You were able to get a traceback that showed the file name and line 
number of the source line that got the access violation.  This should be 
a big help to you.

The Intel forum and/or Intel sup****t are available resources.
