Yes, indeed. Perl ist very good in this area. Choose it for this task
if you can use it.

I've seen CGI packages. But I dont use something like this in Forth.
CGI is pretty simple and with not a lot of efforts you can write
programs in Forth that use the CGI interface. I could imagine that it
is that simple in Forth that nobody tried to make a CGI packagage
Forth 201x proposal.
