At least wrt me it would be quicker and cheaper if someone provided an
account on a machine that I can ssh into; I don't have the time to
maintain a MacOS X installation.  I guess the same is true for Bernd.

A collegue of Dennis Ruffer provided this some time ago, and at that
time I got Gforth to work on that machine (and fixed a few issues
along the way), but that machine is usually down (they would turn it
on when I ask them); a machine that is usually online would be an
improvement over that.
