The little group.

Have you ever read the comic strips Garfield and Calvin and Hobbes?
Garfield is written by a group -- that original author sold his name
and character to a cor****ation. Calvin and Hobbes was written and
drawn by a single person. Garfield keeps repeating the same lame
lasagna/monday/spider jokes. Calvin and Hobbes was innovative and
really, really funny.

How many more Garfield cartoonists would they have to hire to bring
the quality level of Garfield up to that of Calvin and Hobbes?
Would 100 more be enough?
