There are some papers about the VFX code generator on the MPE and
EuroForth web sites. In essence, you model the stack at compile time.
No code is generated by stack twiddlers, all that happens is that
stack positions are adjusted in the mode. The code generators for
words such as + which do generate code then know where the data is.
