I learned of Forth about 1979 at a convention in Switzerland where
both Charles Moore and I gave talks. At the time I badly needed a high
level language to analyse recorded speech and what he said changed my
life.
After 27 years making Forth embedded computers I will retire later
this year. Today, 1st January 2008, I have announced that last orders
should be placed by 29th February. There are about 57,000 TDS2020 and
TDS9092 computers in circulation worldwide and I sometimes get
requests from customers who have not been in contact for 10 years or
more.
I hope you can help me trace users who might want to know about the
product obsolescence. If you know people using Triangle Digital,
please ask them to read the announcement at
http://www.triangledigital.com/front.htm.
Kind regards to everyone using Forth.
