GNU Forth is what I am currently using. Alas, it is not a compiler,
but a traditional threaded interpreter. It also requires certain
features of gcc which have not been well sup****ted in recent releases
(it is fastest when compiled with the ancient gcc 2.95).

I am looking for something more along the lines of BIGforth, iForth,
VFX, or SwiftForth.
