hi Charles,

1. It's in the root with all the other default event stuff.
    AFAIK not in a separate include file.

2. This doesn't happen on my systems, what are you using?
    BTW does anyone  happen to know how I can turn the 'automatic
    open a Sibley window on launch' off?
