I'm sorry about the poor program and statement.  I've found that for
every 1 person willing to help you, there are 20 people willing to
correct your mistake in order to show their own intelligence.  I get
better and quicker responses sometimes this way.

I understand the advantages of static typing.  I now understand your
explaination about how the way I described would be difficult and
inefficient to compile, thank you for the information.

Are there any Eiffel compilers that allow multiple constraints on
generics?  EiffelStudio won't even parse the syntax described in 8.12.8.
