I think I'm the one to blame here. People have been pushing
to have a Wiki, bug tracker, migrating to SVN, etc. But I've
been too busy recently, both in my private live and also at
work where about 50 people are programming in Eiffel by the
way (you're not the only person making at living by programming
in Eiffel), to be as receptive as I should be to these requests.

I've been programming in Eiffel for 16 years now, in the
industry. There have always been people like you claiming
that Eiffel were dying. Even if that were the case, there
are still people programming in Eiffel and I don't think
that this will change in the near future. Eiffel has always
been a language with a small community. But it has always
been like that. So claiming that it is dying because there
are not a lot of people programming in Eiffel is not fair.
Of course there are people going away from Eiffel. It's like
that with all languages, but it is more visible when the
community is as small as Eiffel's. But new enthusiasts are
also joining the community from time to time. All in all,
I don't think that Eiffel is dying, but I agree that the
community is small and there are times when public forums
are silent. It does not mean that everybody left the ship.
It might be that everybody is busy doing something else,
such as programming in Eiffel.

BTW, instead of telling us that Eiffel is dying, why don't
you show us the great things that you implemented in
LLothar-Eiffel? This would be more constructive and more
interesting for people reading this forum (and don't tell
us that nobody is reading this forum ;-)).
