Everyone is free to read and post wherever they want. But, practically
speaking, since the mailing list I mentioned is a lot more active than
this group and since the developers of the compiler in question respond
to messages to that list, the odds are greater of getting a helpful
response there. If you don't want to play the odds, that's up to you.
