Some things that would make Open Dylan more accessible to first time
Windows users would be improvements to the installer. I think the
missing steps are do***ented.
The default path for output is especially unfriendly.
It would be good to create the output EXEs somewhere a little less
obscure than
C:\Do***ents and Settings\Fred Bloggs\Application Data\Open-Dylan
The current location means that windows does not even search for them.
