Yes, but not for free. Sorry.

Help is one thing and I'm glad to do it. Doing work for free is another.

You have posted no attempts,  no sample code, no description of what 
problems you encountered.

Do you seriously think I will sit down and create a COBOL project to do
this 
from scratch, for nothing?

Unrealistic.

(Apart from anything else, I'm really busy at the moment... :-))

Have a crack at it yourself.

If you really can't make it work, post again (showing what you did and a 
statement of your problem) or contact me privately.
