And this "we" includes accountants, managers, and other business
people.    Not all manufacturing fits into JIT processing, and lots of
business techniques are of a quantum nature.    We will still have
"packets" of data to process.

For various values of "powerful".   Ubiquitous connected data give us
more choices.    Life itself is community based, we have more alien
cells in our bodies than we have human cells.   Our brains work by
creating consensus between various elements pulling our decisions in
different ways.   Von Neumann architecture is simple and reliable -
but limited.
