Nah. A mistake of fact is a perfect defense to criminal prosecution. If
you 
tried to palm off 000-00-0000 as your SSN, you'd get a few stares, true.
But 
switching the middle two digits can be blamed on tem****ary lexdystia. Or 
intoxication.

For example, I NEVER give my correct birth date or SSN to people who have
no 
need of it - like physicians or the Geek Squad. Let 'em claim they found 
bomb-making recipes on some politician's computer...
