How about:

Production sup****t on a system you're not permitted to access. Must carry
a pager 24/7.
Even though you cannot observe or duplicate the problem, you must fix it
within one hour
... without changing program logic. Should be adept at editing transaction
files. Prayer
skills are a plus. Applicants must be Indian nationals or old mainframers.
Experience has
shown no one else will put up with such unreasonable conditions.
