Something in that wording sounds wrong to me.   But I can't say that
it is wrong.   If a rate of change is accelerating is that like saying
a velocity is accelerating?    Is it the same as saying "change is
accelerating"?   I'm not sure.

I still think of systems as data based.   The web part is the I/O for
the type of work I do.    But databases don't need CoBOL either.
