inherited cobol app., can't run (xm.exe)?

Hello. I agreed to take on a COBOL conversion project. I am trying to
run the customer's cobol project (it's called COBEST). It is looking
for a program called XM.exe. I don't have this on my system. Anyone
know where I can get this?
