Yes, I am of course aware of your class code version. I just tried to
answer the specific question.

with much more that Viktor K.s PDF. Just

That looks very interesting. I put lots of hours into adding various
bells and whistles to my personal copy of Victor's library, but I
finally got stuck when I tried to embed font files. I see in the Haru
docs that the authors of that library have solved that problem.
Excellent. Is it possible to embed the font width tables for selected
fonts (the 14 standard fonts to begin with) in the library to reduce
the need for external files at runtime?
¨
Does your port support standard Clipper row/column positioning?
Apparently the original Haru library only uses Adobe's upside down
coordinate system, so some recalculation is required if we use it to
replace Victor's library.

On a 1-5 scale, how complicated would you estimate that moving from
Victor to Haru would be? In my reports I try to emulate a LaserJet
page with its standard margins as closely as possible. Then I have an
AtSay() function that does normal Clipper @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
 printing on paper
and pdfAtSay() printing for pdf, depending on the selected
destination. I use Courier for those reports so row/column positioning
makes things very simple. Do you think that it would be a lot of work
to switch?

Sorry for all the questions, but you kind of brought them upon
yourself by jumping in <bg>

Hope to see your port on SF soon <g>

Regards, and thank you,
Klas
