As far as I can see you did not post the link script, only the
makefile and what apparently is a batch file used to compile your
application from already existing .clp files. In both of them there is
a line saying ...

blinker @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
 which means that there should also be a v5co.lnk somewhere. What
does it look like?

BTW, do you use both the batch file and the make file? Do you
sometimes call rmake.exe with the name of the make file as an argument
and sometimes just the batch file with the list of calls to
clipper.exe?
