i still do not understand why you load COMMAND.COM ?

rename your *.BAT into *.CMD, open %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe
und run your *.CMD and Cl*pper Application.

do not start from DOS Norton Commander / Xtree etc. while they
will load a Copy of COMMAND.COM with limited Environment Space.
