The question was:

I answered that he'll probably need to search for used books, since the 
*product* is outdated. I then pointed that the *language* is still 
sup****ted, and provided a link for a free online Reference Manual, which 
should provide all the info the O.P. needs (as you probably know the docs 
are backward compatible with Clipper).

So why describe such response as "less than appropriate"?
