I don't have Shift+down, but have I menu with test : is block of dane, is 
start enabled or not.
When not, current record is market as start of block. When menu is hit 
second times, and start is enabled - current (another than first) record
is 
market as stop of block. With test ordKeyVal( ) you can test that block is

ascending or descendig.
