Can you give us an update on this? Is rolling back the Windows update
the only workaround? I've had this happen at three of my client
installations and suspected Windows updates for Windows Server 2003 --
but Event logs don't seem to give any help. The Clipper 5.3b app just
locks at what appear to be (but probably aren't) random places. The
server has to be restarted to release the lock. Clients affected think
it's my code, but the same code is working fine at other (non-Server
2003) sites.
