Win'XP ignores AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS and uses AUTOEXEC.NT and
CONFIG.NT instead.
You will need to add FILES=250 (or something like that) to CONFIG.NT
that is most likely located in C:\Windows\System32
