Another solution would be to use foxit reader, it's a singe exe of
3,7mb, you could install it alongside with your app and use it from
the bin path of your app.
I use foxit instead of the bloatware acrobat, it's light and fast, and
the simplified version is free.

PS : the v2.0 is a single exe of 3.7mb, but the new version 2.2 is
5.6mb
In the download page, you can have the single exe, without install, if
you choose the zip file, (the "exe" version is with installer).
