Wolfgang Hesseler <http://www.multimediaware.com/qv/>.
This is a
standalone DOS program so is a cmdline-driven program; if you
have enough spare extended memory you could build the command
line you want and shell out to it to display just about any kind
of graphics/movie file format you could wish for...
[I have no interest in qv-pro other than as a registered and
satisfied customer.]
