Corrupted memory, corrupted exe, corrupted resource, etc...
Some other program in memory may have destroyed itself & whatever else was
running.
Memory fragmentation may also be a problem, how much memory in the machine
it failed on?
Could the RAM be faulty?
There's lots of reasons why things fail, you just need to see if it's your
apps fault or the system it's running on.
