If CAVORT20.DLL is present in my application path, my app won't load
because "old version of CAVORT20.DLL loaded in memory," and if it is
absent, my app won't load because "CAVORT20.DLL not found." Seems a
little unfair, eh?
My version of CAVORT20.DLL is dated 2/28/2001.
