Hi to all,
Since the migration of my workstation to Vista, I notice that it takes
many
more time to access an application in the repository when it is managed
with
VSS.
Fors example, it takes almost 20 seconds to display the context menu after
the right click on a vss application (nothing happen during 5.seconds,
then
the wait cursor is displayed).
On a XP Workstation, it takes less than 1 second for that (same Vss
sources
on the same server).
The problem doesn't occur with local applications which are not with VSS.
This problem appears especially with VO28.
VO27 and VO25 seems to be faster
Here is my configuration :
Vista Business SP1
VO28 (build 2824)
VSS V6.0
VSS sources files on a Netware server 6.5 fully patched with Netware
client
for Vista
