This is what I get, taken directly off the screen. Run with the exact
same values:

Enter the frequency of the electromagnetic rays to be fired
40e7
Enter the amplitude of electric field
10e-4
Enter the number of electromagnetic rays to be fired
1000
Es: 7.391785e-011 Ei: 1.112194e-004 RCS: 8.351773e+000

(Note the first two figures are 400,000,000 and 0.001, not 40,000,000
and 0.0001 as I'd used earlier.)

Your original problem was I think inconsistency across OSs, possibly
now it's just logical error. And I don't think many here know whether
these numbers are good or not!
