The people in comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32 are probably the best
ones to answer questions like that.

If I had to choose one or the other, though, I'd choose Sedgewick (mainly
on
the grounds that I have a dozen copies of "C Unleashed" on my shelf
already).
