1. for_each will do a call like this while iterating: Pred(*iter)
Remember, *iter=Simple. mem_fun's operator() will somehow be defined like
this:
void operator()(*iter) { iter->Do(Simple&) }
So the problem(error) is, that *iter, which is Simple, has no method
called
Do(Simple&)!

2. Furthermore you have do bind2nd(), if you have a method with an
argument!
