keywords can not be used as identifiers, allowing this would create a
complete new class of syntactic ambiguities and make parsing a lot more
complex than it is already. Therefore any new keyword ("var","define")
potentially breaks existing code, because it is not recognized as an
identifier ("struct var;") anymore.
