Sr. Software Developer will be responsible for the development and
maintenance of applications for the DNS resolution. The person should
have excellent inter-personnel, communication and troubleshooting
skills. The candidate should ideally have experience in maintaining a
high-profile, custom developed, highly available production
applications. The candidate is required to pay special attentions to
the performance and has the ability to isolate the difficult
production problems.
Required:
· 6+ years of software development experience
· C/C++ and other programming languages
· SQL, Databases, ACID transactions
· Scripting Languages like perl, ksh, etc
· Network programming
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong troubleshooting, debugging, problem solving and analysis
skills
· Linux/Unix internals
· Debugging tools
Desired:
· DNS Protocol development (bind etc)
· Creative thinking
· Methodological problem solving
· Ability to work in a dynamic development environment
· MS/BS in Computer Science of related field
