The schedule is not more than 90 days between releases

There was a bug in r4 that made it impossible to delete bindings that
had been added in previous versions.
Since bindings are nt only deprecated, but they no longer work, it is
necessary to have a way of removing the visual indication of bindings
that are left hanging around from previous versions.
