There was nothing to defend themselves against.  And even if they somehow 
believed that there was, they went further than simply defending 
themselves, and made false accusations accusing me of email flooding, 
abusive language and having been previously banned from a service I have 
never signed up for.

Do you sincerely believe that is appropriate and acceptable behavior?
