I too would be very interested in seeing it.  Do you or anyone else who 
is reading this newsgroup believe that I would be banging the drum as 
loudly as I have been over this issue if there was any legitimate 
"evidence" that could possibly exist?  Frankly, I'm neither that stupid 
or that short-sighted.  Things have a habit of coming out, especially 
when you're dealing with computers and the Internet.

I will state once again, unequivocally and without any doubt in my mind 
at all:  I have posted the entire "email exchange" that went on between 
me and PowerBASIC Inc earlier in this thread and there is absolutely 
nothing else to post.  The only things I removed when I posted them here 
were my email address and the sig line that my mail client automatically 
adds to all of my outbound email.  (It's my website address, actually.)  
I removed my email address for obvious anti-spam reasons, and I removed 
the sig lines because it seemed to confuse my newsreader when I initially 
tried to post the messages to this newsgroup -- I got a bunch of error 
messages about "Signature too long" "Duplicate signature" and "Are you 
sure you want to continue".  I removed the sig lines and the error went 
away; if it confused my newsreader it would probably confuse at least 
some of yours as well.

In addition, and to the best of my recollection, the forum posts that you 
posted here are indeed a complete record of all posts to that thread, 
with the sole exception of my message that was deleted.  I attempted to 
reconstruct for you earlier.

We may already be at the final step of your progression -- there has been 
no activity from any PowerBASIC Inc folks on this newsgroup since very 
early yesterday morning; at least, none that I have seen.  The last 
message I read was offering some chap a free compiler as a reward.

I agree.  That's what makes this sort of thing even more... amazing.

I am truly flabbergasted at the way this entire matter has been dealt 
with by PowerBASIC Inc.  Truly flabbergasted.

I have my own small business that I depend on for my livelihood.  I 
wouldn't dream of treating any of my customers that way, for any reason 
whatsoever.  If for no other reason than I would be afraid word would get 
around and others would stay away afterward, too.  I believe that I, too, 
have a pretty nice little business and that I do a good job with it. (At 
least, I always try to do the best that I can.)  But no business can 
survive without customers and the way you treat your customers is very 
im****tant.

Which makes this current situation really amazing, as I said.
