This is a pointer to a proposal to remove
comp.lang.basic.visual.announce.
It is being posted to the PowerBasic and REALBasic groups because one
alternative to removal would be to rename
comp.lang.basis.visual.announce to comp.lang.basic.announce and make
it available for all dialects of Basic.
