I've used PB-DOS 3.5 for years under Windows XP Professional on several 
different machines and never had the slightest problem to get the programs

I've written to run. These programs included quite a lot of file handling 
and serial interface programming, all no problem. And they run either from

the compiler IDE or in a seperate DOS box as .exe files.
