If emulation isn't the thing for you, there are a bunch of BASIC 
interpreters available, many of which have at least a passing 
resemblance to MS BASIC. Try browsing these link pages:

Alternately, FreeBASIC has an option to sup****t BASICA/GWBASIC programs 
(#OPTION REALLYOLD or something similar) but it's not an interpreter.
