Too often.

I was interviewing people and I asked the first one about proper
usage.  He was very talented and knew the correct answer.  He worked
out very well.

The other few applicants also happened to know the right answer.  I
was impressed.

What I didn't know until much later was that the applicants all knew
each other and the first one passed the question along to the others
so they'd be prepared.  In the end the project worked out well.  I
kind of suspected the second fellow was not quite as strong but it
worked out ok.  The clients loved him which counted for a lot.
