They were available for most of the S/360 machines, with the possible
exception of the 91.  Even for the 91, though, timings were available
for library routines for Fortran and PL/I.  (Maybe more, those are
the ones I know about.)

They are in the "Functional Characteristics" manual for each model.
Starting in the S/370 series they weren't available for all models,
I am not so sure about the low end ones, though.
