I wonder about your shop.
You seem somewhat clueless about basic system programmer issues. Locating
a
DEB or a UCB are trivial issues.
The IBM sup****t center should not need to answer basic questions like that
-
go to a class.
Also, be very aware that lack of patience is a very bad problem for a SP -
it
may lead to system crashes.
