Red Book SG24-6669 "IBM System z9 109 Technical Introduction" has
quite a bit of information, including a list of added instructions.
(I believe there are a few typos in the list.)  I have updated the
instruction lists at http://www.tachyonsoft.com/txac.htm
with information from that book.
