My motivation for working on NDISASM is relatively low, because it is
targeted at binary files, and there are far better tools for
disassembling ELF files. However, it does share the instruction list
file with NASM, so a lot of the things which you included in your list
should already be working, in the most recent version. And that list
does include some undocumented instructions, such as LOADALL.
