Arithmatic expressions are difficult to get correct no matter how good
you are at visualizing the stack manipulation.  Trust me... save
yourself a lot of time and do it the easy way.  Here is a hueristic
that works every time:

Also, remember that the Sub and Div instructions have alternate
incarnations which reverse the order of the operands.
