This is now more than just a suggestion, in case you feel like testing
it. Unfortunately, it seems that the Nasm-cvs list is broken, as this is
the third commit which has not shown up in the list. The other two are
the fix for the external label problem with dwarf, and the fix for the
duplicate equ symbols.
