Okay, assume a verb 'over' that makes a rational

   5 over 4 -- 5/4

   (1 over 2) '*' to 10 over 12

This _does_ use named cover functions, but I fail to see what the big deal

is.  No APL vendor is going to know all the needed primitives in advance, 
so that expectation is kind of excessive.

For me 'new' and 'to' are all the tools I seem to need for OO, typing, 
whatever it is called this week.
